Tony D'Angelo pins Hendry to win NXT Championship

Tony D'Angelo defeated champion Joe Hendry in a fatal four-way match to claim the NXT Championship at Stand & Deliver. The event took place on April 4, 2026, at The Factory in St. Louis, Missouri. D'Angelo secured the victory with a Dead to Rights pinfall after eliminating Ricky Saints and Ethan Page.

Hendry entered as the defending champion and fan favorite, with the crowd singing his entrance theme. He faced challengers D'Angelo, Saints and Page. D'Angelo carried motivation from a betrayal by a friend at the prior year's event.

Saints and Page opened by targeting Hendry with suplexes and chest strikes before their alliance fractured. Page delivered a splash to Saints, who retaliated later. D'Angelo started outside the ring, then entered with a spear on Hendry and focused attacks until opponents shifted to him. Hendry briefly regained control by diving onto Saints and Page.

D'Angelo traded German suplexes with Hendry and broke up a Standing Ovation attempt with a spear. He followed with spears on Saints and Hendry. Saints used a chair on D'Angelo and Hendry, executing a Revolution DDT on the latter. Page intervened to stop a chair shot on himself. D'Angelo then speared both through the announce table, setting up the final pin on Hendry. This marks D'Angelo's first NXT Championship reign.
